It passes through the Appalachian mountains and offers exceptional views of mountains and diverse flora. It is renowned for its biodiversity.

Trees are turning red

The drive itself is a treat to the eyes and should I say a must for those who love to drive. We were fortunate that we were doing this drive during the fall season and experiencing the enchanting beauty of the fall colors. It is slightly under 500 miles and worth every mile of this drive.
